KMD 85BFSS
We have now finished the installation of our new Kiefel KMD 85 BFSS. In future we are able to offer our customers to test the tools, we are manufacturing as well as to run 0-series on the machine.

Advantage
The result will be considerably cost savings for our customers, as they will no longer experience any production breaks and so lose the contribution margin on their machine. We will not only be able to test tools for Kiefel machines, but also tools for many other machine types by using several adaptation possibilities.

Optimizing of the tool finishing

We have recently invested in a new Fanuc industrial robot for our RÖDERS 600 RFM. As subsupplier of tools we are constantly under pressure regarding delivery times. Therefore we have chosen to super optimize on one of the most important areas, concerning tool manufacturing. This capacity increasement allows us to run day-and-night production on the machine, which will reduce the delivery times considerably.
